Use photos you may process

You must be an adult and have the necessary rights and consent for submitted photos and people shown. Do not submit sexual or exploitative content, images of minors, nonconsensual intimate material, illegal content or material intended to deceive or harm someone. We may reject inputs and restrict abusive use.

Acceptable use

Do not submit or create pornography, nudity or other sexual NSFW material; sexual content involving minors or child sexual abuse material; graphic violence, gore or material promoting violence; hate or discriminatory harassment; nonconsensual intimate images; deceptive deepfake impersonation; or content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or a person's likeness rights. Do not bypass safety checks, evade limits or misrepresent AI output as evidence of a real event. This adult-only service does not accept photos of minors.

The planned model is MiniMax H3 Max Turbo, a fal post-trained version of MiniMax H3, hosted through fal. Applicable fal acceptable-use rules also apply. Input photos must pass our SeeAPI check before generation. We keep the provider safety checker enabled and do not bypass its rejections. Its exact output-screening coverage is still being verified; generation and purchases remain closed during this review. These checks can make mistakes and do not establish consent or legal rights.

Report a concern

Report prohibited content or a rights concern through Contact or support@orbitvideo.io. Include a request reference, the issue and your authority to report it; do not attach abusive material or private photos. Requests go to our support inbox for manual review. We can remove access to a reported result, restrict an account or browser/network identifier, investigate provider status and review an appeal sent to the same support address. We do not promise an automated decision or response time. Existing payment and mandatory consumer rights are handled separately.

AI output has limits

The preset requests a 3-second camera orbit. Results can change appearance, introduce errors or fall short of a full turn. We do not guarantee a seamless loop, exact likeness, processing time or a particular artistic result. The tool does not establish rights to a person, image or other protected work. Commercial generation and purchases remain closed until applicable provider terms and delivery have been confirmed.

One-time purchases

When enabled, checkout states the price, currency and applicable tax before payment. A $19.90 purchase grants 20 video credits, without renewal or scheduled credit expiry. One successfully delivered video uses one credit. Credits are reserved only after the input check passes and are settled after a downloadable result is delivered. A checkout return alone does not grant credits. Guest trials are limited and may pause when the approved budget is reached.

Failed requests and refunds

A confirmed technical generation failure releases the reserved credit. Unknown or pending provider states are checked before a request is retried or a reservation released. This avoids duplicate jobs and charges.

For a payment refund request, contact support with the order reference and the issue. We verify the payment, delivery and applicable provider and consumer-law requirements before confirming a refund. A credit return is not a cash refund. Do not start another purchase to recover an unresolved payment. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Storage and availability

Photos and downloadable results expire after 7 days. Download the MP4 before expiry. Private results require the owning account or visitor browser. Service may be unavailable during provider outages or budget limits; no availability guarantee is offered.
