    Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP showing one adult or a whole object. Preview the square framing on your device before uploading.

  2. Create your video

    Sign in with Google and use 1 purchased credit. The fixed effect requests a 5-second camera orbit; allow a few minutes for processing.

  3. Download the MP4

    Play the result here, then download the MP4 within 7 days. Choose Make another to start with a different photo.

Can I create a 360° product video for a shop?

Product videos are beta. Use 1 photo of the whole product on a table, rather than holding it. AI imagines unseen sides and can change labels, shapes and details. Review the result carefully; it is not a measured 3D scan or a guarantee of product accuracy. No verified product example is available yet.

How much does it cost?

It costs $19.90 for 10 videos, before applicable tax. The one-time pack contains 10 credits; each delivered video uses 1 credit. Google sign-in and purchased credits are required. There is no subscription or free video allowance.

What photo works best?

Use 1 JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB, at least 300 pixels on the shortest side and no more than 40 megapixels. Show one adult, full body in frame. Products and objects are in beta; results vary by photo. Place the whole product on a table, not in hand. Use photos you have permission to process.

How long does it take, and where is my video?

Each request is for a 5-second video. Allow a few minutes for processing; queues can take longer. Follow the status here or return through My videos. Download the MP4 within 7 days of delivery.

Can I use the videos commercially?

Commercial use depends on your image rights, consent and applicable service terms. You need permission from anyone shown. Read our Terms before using a result commercially.

What happens if generation fails?

A confirmed technical failure returns the reserved credit. An unconfirmed request is checked before retrying, to avoid duplicate jobs. Payment refunds are separate: contact support with your order reference for review under our Terms and applicable requirements.

Does choosing a photo upload it?

No. Choosing a photo and previewing its square framing happen on your device. Your photo uploads only when you submit a generation request. Uploaded photos and delivered videos each have a 7-day retention window.
